Our Katahdin sheep are pasture-raised and spend their days grazing freely. By allowing them to forage naturally on grasses and forbs, we raise healthy, stress-free animals while also improving the soil through regenerative grazing practices. This thoughtful approach results in exceptionally tender and flavorful lamb. We believe that when animals are raised on pasture with care and respect, it produces meat of superior quality while honoring both the animals and the land.
